North of IranThey were cooling off in the shadow of a lorry parked alongside the road. Just above where they sat, there was a sign indicating that imported tea was on sale there.
It probably was reassuring to this man to know that imported products were readily available, when it was so hard to find anything authentic. Even handmade products all had ‘made in China’ stamped on them. I wonder about the future of these kids and millions like them.
این خانواده زیر سایه یک کامیون نشسته بودند
عجیب اینکه تابلویی که بالای سرشون دیده میشد
چای 100% محصول خارجی رو تبلبغ میکرد
همه چیز تو مغازه ها بود، الا اثری از محصولات داخلی
حتی صنایع دستی موجود هم از چین وارد شده بودند
وه! که چه خوشبختیم ما
و چه آینده ای دارند بچه هایی ما
